The bad management of various diversities in African states remain the root causes of the recurrent internal conflicts that occured throughout the continent. Identity group's perception of marginalization and frustrations caused by the instrumentalization of the parameters of diversities such as race , ethnic group , religion culture , gender , regional inequalities in the same country, unbalanced distribution of oil and natural resources, denial of citizenship are the main causes that lead to armed violence and conflict. Therefore the challenge today is to develop and implement a visionary governance of diversities as a solution for the émergence of a structural conflict prevention strategy.
