Project Launch Roundtable: Lake Chad Basin
Summary
On July 20, 2017, the RESOLVE Network held its first Lake Chad Basin working group meeting to kick off a new research initiative in Cameroon, Chad, and Nigeria. The roundtable brought together practitioners, researchers, and policymakers, both on and offline, for expert presentations and discussion on the rise of violent extremism and the politics of religion in education in the Lake Chad Basin region.
The event was under the Chatham House Rule.
