At the U.S. Institute of Peace on September 20, the Third Annual RESOLVE Network Global Forum explored new research approaches for countering and preventing violent extremism for policy and practice. Thought-provoking TED Talk-style presentations pushed the boundaries of understanding and countering violent extremism and introduced new angles and tools to address the challenge. 

 

 

Nancy Lindborg, president of the U.S. Institute of Peace, and Leanne Erdberg, director of countering violent extremism at the U.S. Institute of Peace, opened the third annual Global Forum of the RESOLVE Network, reflecting on the progress and the challenges of the CVE field globally.
