This month, RESOLVE highlights recommended readings from the RESOLVE Policy Note, “Measuring the Success of Approaches to Community-Based Armed Groups.” In this policy note, author Moritz Schuberth discusses the difficulty of measuring the results and evaluating the impact of various approaches that intervening actors employ to address the challenges of community-based armed groups. To enhance the policy note, the author includes suggested readings on guidance for monitoring and evaluation, key performance indicators, conflict and insecurity data, and global indices.
